A stroke is an interruption of the blood supply to any part of the brain. The symptoms of a stroke depend on which part/parts of the brain are affected. The goal of a stroke rehabilitation program is to help you relearn skills lost when stroke damaged part of your brain. Participating in stroke rehabilitation helps you regain independence and improve your quality of life. At Via Christi Rehabilitation Hospital, our interdisciplinary team will utilize state of the art techniques and tools to help you achieve this goal.
