First-time dads learn to be comfortable with a baby during Boot Camp for New Dads
If you're a first-time father-to-be, you'll want to sign up for Boot Camp for New Dads, a free basic training class for men like you.
In the program, "veteran" dads share firsthand advice with expectant dads and bring their babies to class to enhance the new fathers' experience. You'll learn how to diffuse the stress of new parenthood, help Mom, form a family bond, survive a crying baby and much more.

All classes are free and are held from 9 a.m.-noon at the Downtown YMCA, 402 N. Market. To register, call 316-689-5700. NOTE: Beginning Jan. 1, 2014, there will be a $10 fee for this class.
