Lynnette RauvolaBouta (RAU voh la boo TAY) joined Via Christi Health as senior vice president, Mission Integration in September of 2004. She is responsible for enhancing mission integrity in Via Christi Health structures, policies and procedures as well as governance development. Her title changed to chief mission integration officer in 2013 as part of a title structure change that occurred throughout Via Christi.
Prior to joining Via Christi Health, RauvolaBouta held executive leadership positions with the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Agnes in Fond du Lac, Wisc., the Benedictine Health System in Duluth, MN, and St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd, MN.
RauvolaBouta holds a Master's in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Arts in Theology from St. John's University, Collegeville, MN.
