Via Christi TeleHealth provides you with solutions to help manage and improve your healh.  Our sensors allow you to monitor blood pressure, blood glucose levels, heart rythem regularity, heart rate, oxygen saturation (SpO2), body temperature and body weight.

Our products wirelessly capture information from aTeleHealth unit, and transmits the data to the our Care Center. The Care Center calls the designated caregiver, physician, or family member as necessary, based on predetermined parameters and your personal care plan.

Your doctor or caregivers monitor your vital signs remotely and are notified by the Call Center if any vital signs exceed your specific predetermined parameters.
