This Christmas, consider buying gifts that give twice — to not only the recipient of your gift but to Via Christi Health patients, programs and other services.
From stuffed animals to CDs to jewelry and more, you can find a variety of gifts for people of all ages through these various philanthropic programs.
Holiday décor Via Christi Gift Shops feature a variety of holiday tabletop and gift ideas like Santas and snowmen, reindeer bowls, salt and pepper shakers, candy dishes, holiday apparel, tea towels, ornaments, candles, table linens, Nativities and woodsy bears and moose.
Gift Shops Via Christi Gifts Shops at the hospitals on St. Francis, East Harry and West St. Teresa are filled to the brim with merchandise for infants and teens to adults. Voted a customer favorite in The Wichita Eagle 2012 Readers' Choice Awards, the shops offer gifts ranging from Christmas décor, ornaments, poinsettias, custom floral designs, western-, Harley-, collegiate- and religious-themed gifts, jewelry, apparel, scarves, gloves, stationary and much more. The shops also feature wall, desk and pocket calendars.
Music Ministry The gifts shops are owned and operated by Via Christi Volunteers, Partners in Caring and proceeds from your purchases support programs, patient services and community outreach projects through Volunteers grants administered by Via Christi Foundation. Kohl's Cares merchandise
Kohl's Care When you buy $5 plush toys and other merchandise offered through the Kohl's Cares program at Kohl's department stores, you make the child receiving the items happy, and you benefit expectant parents and newborns. All net profits from the Kohl's Cares merchandising program benefit hospitals with whom Kohl's has formed partnerships. Since 2006, Kohl’s has donated $385,104 to Via Christi Foundation to support projects such as the Kohl’s Parents’ Academy, which offers free classes and programs, such as Boot Camp for New Dads and a program to help parents safely calm crying babies.
