Diana Kidd was named vice president of Joint Venture Operations and Strategic Business Analytics in 2011 after serving the previous five years as vice president of Decision Support. She provides strategic and tactical leadership to Via christi Health Partners and its portfolio of joint and fully owned ventures. Health Partners manages various physician and hospital joint ventures and subsidiaries that offer diagnostic imaging, surgery centers, durable home medical equipment and real estate management services.
Her title changed to chief of staff officer in 2013 as part of a title structure change that occurred throughout Via Christi.
Kidd joined Via Christi Health in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer of Via Christi Health Partners. Prior to joining Via Christi, Kidd held various senior level accounting and finance positions with Koch Industries, Inc. over a 23-year period.
Kidd attended Kansas State University and the University of Northern Iowa where she received a Bachelors of Arts in Accounting.
