The Cancer Registry at Via Christi collects information associated with the diagnosis, treatment and lifetime follow-up care we provide for our cancer patients. The registry data contributes to treatment planning, trend analysis, research investigations, screening programs and educational programs within the community.
Our data is combined with that of the Kansas Cancer Registry, then is submitted to the National Cancer Data Base at the Commission on Cancer.
