For online orders, please submit your order. Once it is received, we will call you to obtain payment information and then process your order.

For immediate assistance, call during regular shop hours and we will be happy to assist you.

Orders received Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. will be delivered the same day (except major holidays, when we are closed). Orders received after 4 p.m. or on holidays will be delivered the following day. You will be notified by e-mail after your gift has been delivered.

Delivery fees will be charged on orders delivered to locations outside of the hospitals.

For health reasons, flowers and plants cannot be sent to Intensive Care Units. Instead, you will be asked to make an alternative gift choice.

If your patient has been discharged, you will be notified through e-mail and your payment refunded.
