Via Christi Occupational & Environmental Medicine and its PRISM Occupational Health Network in Wichita offer conveniently located, full-service occupational health clinics designed to help reduce costs associated with workers compensation injury and illness care and help employees get back to work quickly.

A 24-Hour Care Coordination Hotline - 316-269-2667 - a Nurse/Physician hotline that provides after-hours care and medical triage to eliminate unnecessary emergency room visits.

A physician network including numerous subspecialties that partners with traditional occupational medicine specialists, medical and surgical specialists in such areas as orthopedics, neurology, general surgery, and anesthesiology, are all available to assist in the best possible recover.

Inpatient and emergency room services provided by Via Christi Regional Medical Center include MRI and CT scans, and other diagnostic tests are available through PRISM's Preferred Provider Organization network.

A full range of physical therapy and outpatient occupational therapy, including the Via Christi Back to Action Center that simulates multiple work environments to evaluate the function and physical capacity of the employee prior to returning to work.

Customized onsite services include wellness programs, hepatitis series, flu shots, urine drug screen collections, ergonomic assessments and required physical examinations, ranging from post-offer, annual, return-to-work, Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration and Hazmat. Drug testing also is available.

Statewide prescription network allows employees to fill prescriptions with no out-of-pocket expense, thus encouraging treatment compliance and reduction in lost work days.
