Want to stop smoking? Join Via Christi Pulmonary Rehab as they present the American Lung Association “Freedom from Smoking” program offering a wide range of strategies to help you quit smoking. Strategies include:

--Information on nicotine replacement therapy
--Information on the latest smoking cessation medications
--Maintenance to help you stay tobacco free
