Take a warm bath before bed.

A warm bath can help you relax and slow down for the evening. A bath or shower will initially raise the body tempurature but it is the fall from this rise in tempurature that actually the drop in body temperature that triggers the subjective sense that is's time to go to sleep. Responding promptly to this internal signal may help you fall asleep faster and sleep more restfully.
