Spiritual Care

Mercy Regional's Chaplains
Chaplains are an important part of Mercy Regional's team and are here to meet your spiritual needs. Spiritual care is especially important during major life changes and transitions, following significant losses, and in times of questioning about the meaning and purpose of life. Chaplains are also great resources for families as they cope with the uncertainties of a loved one's health. When we are experiencing these spiritual, physical, mental or emotional changes, we deserve the gift of being heard.

If you want to request a visit from a chaplain during your stay, please ask your nurse to assist you.

Other Clergy
Clergy members of all faiths are welcome at the hospital. If you wish to be visited by your clergy, or a hospital chaplain, arrangements can be made by you or by calling our
Spiritual Care Office.

Chapel
Our chapel is always open as a quiet refuge for prayer, meditation and spiritual reflection. It is located on the second floor. Take the elevators in the main lobby to the second floor and turn left.
